Terms of Service

AskOnThree is a private AI assistant built from documents you provide. It answers your team's questions using your own material — your SOPs, pricing sheets, policies, and similar internal documentation. It is not a general-purpose AI tool and it does not answer from outside sources.

AskOnThree answers only from the documents you give us. If something isn't in your documents, it will say so rather than guess. That said, we do not guarantee that every answer is 100% error-free. Answers depend on the accuracy and completeness of the documents you supply, and important decisions should still be verified against your source material.

Your data is isolated per client. Your documents and question logs are never shared with other clients, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

OnThree may access your documents and question logs for the purpose of building, maintaining, and improving your hub — including identifying gaps in your documentation so we can help you fill them.

You set the passcode, and you can change it anytime to control exactly who's got access — no waiting, no explanation needed.

AskOnThree is billed monthly at a flat price. You can cancel at any time — there is no long-term contract. When you cancel, your hub is paused rather than immediately deleted, so you can pick back up where you left off if you return.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know. Continuing to use AskOnThree after an update means you accept the revised terms.
