What We Collect
We collect the business documents you upload or send us, anonymized logs of the questions your team asks, and basic contact information for the people who manage your account.
Question logs are anonymized — we do not identify individual employees or tie questions back to a specific person.
How We Use It
Your documents power your own private hub — that's their primary purpose. Anonymized question logs help us see which questions your hub couldn't answer, so we can identify gaps in your documentation and help you fill them over time.
Contact information is used only to communicate with you about your account and your hub.
What We Don't Do
We never sell your data. We never share your documents or question logs with other clients. We do not use your material to answer anyone else's questions.
Data Security
Your data is stored in an isolated, access-controlled environment. Access is limited to the OnThree personnel who build and maintain your hub, and only for that purpose.
Data Retention
If you cancel, your hub is paused and your data is retained for a reasonable period so you can return without starting over. After that period, your documents and logs are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
